Conference 2024 - ABC Workshop 2 hosted by ABC, MBIE and Chris Randell

In collaboration with Simpli and MBIE, we will be facilitating two insightful workshops. Each workshop will approach the same topics from different perspectives, aiming to achieve comprehensive results. The three key topics covered in these workshops are:

1. Annual Reports - What is the intent of them? What should be included in the report? What will the information be used for? What are the benefits from producing the report?
2. B-RaDs and S-RaDs - Do they fill the gap or create another headache? Is there a better option? Should they be used for defects without missed inspections? Do we need a process for defects only?
3. Passive fire separations - Should all fire separations and fire rated elements be included in SS15.3 checks? How far do should you go with your inspections? 

A week before the conference, we will send out a brief list of questions through our app for you to answer. Your responses will serve as the foundation for the workshop discussions. After the workshops, we will summarize the gathered information and share it via the app for you to vote on the best results. These selected results will be submitted to MBIE and the review team for the Compliance Schedule Handbook.
