Our professional development modules are designed for individual self-study and are formatted to follow a structed approach to recommended prescribed compliance topics. These online units cover key areas of the NZ Building Act , NZ Building Regulations, Building Code, and the Compliance Schedule Handbook. You will also study, and review recommended best practise guides in relation to the fundamentals means of escape, evacuation and final exits.
The course is made up of 5 core modules and an exercise as shown below. The completion of each unit includes a scored knowledge assessment and provides information on recommended links/locations of technical resources and information to support the compliance process.

Unit ME103: Inspect – Recommended Inspection Standards

Unit ME106: Exercise – Building Case Study – Fire Report
This complete course is $300+GST for members and $450+GST for non-members.
