Information pertaining to the Conference and Exhibition, including hotels, exhibitor prospectus, delegate brochure and any updates to the conference programme, will be uploaded to the ABC Website – www.abciqp.org.nz
AGM 2026
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held during the Conference.
We encourage all eligible members to review the AGM information, read the candidate biographies applying for the vacant Committee positions, and cast your vote.

Exhibition
The Conference also features an exhibition area, which this year will be located in the Town Hall Foyer on the ground floor of Christchurch Town Hall. Visitors can explore the exhibition for free from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, and from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on Thursday, 30 July 2026.
If you’re unable to attend the conference sessions, you’re still very welcome to drop by and visit the exhibition.

Gala Dinner 
Pull on your boots and join us for a fantastic evening of celebration, entertainment, and networking at the ABC Conference Gala Dinner – Boots 'N All Bash, proudly sponsored by Future Skills.
Taking place on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 in the Limes Room, Christchurch Town Hall, this year's Gala Dinner promises a memorable night as we celebrate our industry and the people who make it great.
The evening will feature the presentation of the Future Skills Awards, recognising excellence within our industry, followed by live entertainment from the popular Mirrors Band, who will keep the dance floor buzzing all night.
Don't forget to embrace the theme and come dressed in your best country-inspired attire! Thanks to Lift Solutions, prizes will be awarded for the Best Dressed Male and Best Dressed Female.
